Integrated Payroll & Personnel Information System (IPPIS)

The Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF) in Nigeria was in need of a modern and efficient system to automate personnel, payment, and payroll management for the Federal Government of Nigeria’s (FGN) workforce. To address this issue, our team designed and deployed the IPPIS software application, which combines human resources and payroll management into a single system.

The IPPIS system has transformed personnel, payment, and payroll management for the FGN’s workforce. It has enabled the OAGF to automate its HR and payroll processes, reduce the time and effort required for these activities, ensure accuracy and consistency in personnel, payment, and payroll data, and improve visibility into workforce data, enabling better decision-making.
