The Kwara State Government (KWSG) in Nigeria embarked on an eGovernment Infrastructure project aimed at improving service delivery to citizens, businesses, and government agencies through the integration of technology. The project was executed with the implementation of G2G, G2B, and G2C solutions tailored to specific management needs within social sectors. These solutions include Tax-Administration Systems, Revenue Collection and Payments Systems, Ease-of-Doing-Business Reforms, One-Stop-Shop Investor Solutions, Electronic Identification systems, and Property Registration Solutions.

Project Execution

To execute this project, the KWSG engaged in various activities such as business and data analysis of their capabilities and processes, integrated marketing communications, digital strategy and transformation, systems development and deployment, management and technology consulting, system integration, user training, maintenance and support. The project aimed to improve transparency, efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of services, making the state more attractive to investors and creating a better environment for doing business.
